Seminar: Criminal Justice Ethics

This page is the Index to the class, and is the one you should bookmark so that you can easily come back to it. 

If you are a UAM student taking this class for credit, you need to make sure you are enrolled in  C J  2133 Criminal Justice Ethics .  Make sure that you have finalized your bill with the cashiers office! (If your schedule gets dropped, you will have to reregister, late and in person, which means you must pay a fee.)

This class will be taught asynchronously--that's a fancy way of saying that we will never meet online at the same time.  Everything that we do will be done in units and you must have your work done by the unit deadline.  So, as long as you meet the unit deadlines, you can work at your own pace.  If you really love criminal justice ethics, working faster than the calendar is acceptable.

All of the content for this course will come from this website, other websites, and your text.  For each unit, you will be provided with explicit instructions as to what is expected of you.  This will involve more writing that you are accustomed to in regular classes, but since you don't have to come to class, the time you have to spend on the course will be about the same.
