Modern Constitutions  
The Modern Constitutions Project is aimed at assisting researchers and practitioners throughout the world to analyze and compare various democratic constitutions. This database enables you to search the text of the constitutions of 13 different countries. This site is a bit graphics intensive.
 

Mississippi Crimes and Penalties
 This site contains a summary of crimes and penalties in the state of Mississippi, with links to the statutory material for each. The site is text based with a good download time, but frames are used. Some good links to other MS legal sites are also provided.
 

LII's State Legal Info  
This site is a bit graphics intensive, but has a good download rate. Links are provided to legal resources for every state. Links are indexed by topic and by jurisdiction.

This page offers a wealth of information and materials on the Constitution of the United States.

The Constitution Society Home Page
 This site is a bit graphics intensive. Provides a wealth of information on many aspects of the Constitution.

Find Law  
This site is graphics intensive, with a fairly slow download time. This site provides a vast amount of legal material in a well indexed searchable format.

World Justice Information Network  
The site is restricted to CJ professionals. You must register and be approved to access the site, but registration is free.
 

West Publishing  
This site provides links to West's online services, which are mostly by paid subscription.
 

Reflaw
 Provides a wealth of legal information in a well indexed format. The site is mostly text based with a quick download rate.

American Bar Association's Criminal Justice Section
 A wide variety of information on CJ issues, including published reports.  This site is a bit graphics intensive, but well worth the wait.
